The Registrar of the Mechanism Elias Olufemi (right) joins (on his right) the East African Community (EAC) Deputy Secretary General of Finance and Administration Jesca Eriyo; the Guest of Honour and Regional Commissioner of Arusha Mrisho Gambo; and the Rwanda High Commissioner to Tanzania Eugene Kayihura in a memorial service, in remembrance of the victims of the Rwanda genocide. The event took place at the head office of the (EAC) in Arusha.
