Call for Expressions of Interest for Amici Curiae Investigators or Prosecutors

The Registry is currently accepting applications from qualified persons interested in membership on a roster of pre-approved candidates for potential assignment as amici curiae Investigators or Prosecutors, under Rules 90 and 108 of the IRMCT’s Rules of Procedure and Evidence.

In order to be admitted to the pre-approved roster, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

  1. At least ten (10) years of professional legal experience in the field of criminal law or international criminal law, preferably with experience working in proceedings at the ICTR or ICTY, or other international criminal tribunals;
  2. Experience with investigative or prosecutorial work in an international setting;
  3. Excellent written and oral communication skills; and
  4. Written and oral fluency in English and/or French.
