Introduction

The selected case information below provides an overview of the cases completed before the ICTY and the Mechanism, concerning the crimes committed in Srebrenica in July 1995. They do not include the case of the former Serbian President Slobodan Milošević, which was terminated following his death. The ongoing cases before the Mechanism that include charges relating to Srebrenica - Ratko Mladić, and Jovica Stanišić and Franko Simatović - are also not included here.
