Coordination of the Mechanism’s response is ensured through the IRMCT COVID-19 Management Team. This team is led by the Outbreak Coordinator, David Falces (alternate: Paula Souverijn-Eisenberg), and consists of senior representatives of the Offices of the President, Prosecutor and Registrar, Medical Unit, SSS, Human Resources, GSS and ITSS of both branches. It further includes the Heads of Offices in Sarajevo and Kigali, and stays in close touch with the Staff Union.

Guidance on prevention issued
Guidance on what to do when you feel ill issued
Travel advisory issued
Group visits suspended
Critical staff, warden and call tree lists updated
SSS-Medical in-house response plans

Measures being implemented:

Facilitating remote work arrangements
Transition to minimal physical presence at the Hague premises
